  • Ryse Still Alive And On Track

The last any of us heard any significant news, or any news really, about Ryse was at E3, when a trailer was shown. Since then, the Rome-based Kinect first person title has remained strangely elusive.

Now, Crytek’s GM of games, Nick Button-Brown assures fans that the game is doing just fine and is hitting development milestones. “Yeah, absolutely [it’s alive]. It’s doing really well and we’re really, really happy with where it’s going.

It’s our annual thing; we show a trailer for Ryse at E3. It’s going really, really well. The team actually delivered a milestone yesterday, which was quite nice. It’s kind of good to see that.

We’re really happy with it and at some stage will be showing and giving more information about it. Unfortunately we’re kind of constrained by our publisher
    .”

Ryse looked great at E3 last year and could be that core Kinect title fans have been waiting for. I can’t wait to see what the game can bring to the table!
