Eric Lempel, Vice president of Sony Network Entertainment, took to the Playstation blog today to announce the details of the next PS Vita firmware update v1.65.
The update will be released “soon” and will fix a few bugs and alter a few of the settings on the device. Although no specific details were given on a release date for the firmware update, the notes can be found below.
Version 1.65 notes:
- A “Notification Alert†option will be added to Settings, so you can toggle alerts on or off
- “After 10 minutes†will be added to the time options under Power Save Settings
- An Arrow icon will now appear when PS Vita finds new activities in the LiveArea
- Caps Lock will be supported in the On Screen Keyboard
