Microsoft investigating Xbox LIVE login issues

 

If you are having trouble signing into Xbox LIVE on any device that the service is available on, it’s not you. Microsoft confirmed that players may experience issues with the service and they are working on the problem. 

 

If you haven’t already you can head to the official Xbox LIVE status tracker, where Microsoft has stated that the service is currently experiencing issues. The official website says that, “Users may experience difficulties with the following services”

• Signing in to Xbox LIVE
• Affecting the following LIVE Platforms:
• Games for Windows LIVE
• Windows 8
• Windows Phone
• Xbox 360 Console
• Xbox.com
• Zune PC Client

Microsoft also says, “It looks like you’ve been disconnected from Xbox LIVE and worse, you can’t sign back in! We will get this fixed as quickly as possible. Thanks for being patient while we sort this out. Please check back in half an hour for more information”.
