Rockstar Games have announced the first DLC pack for their hit third-person shooter ‘Max Payne 3′. The DLC is set to drop the first week in July on Xbox 360 and PS3.
The official dates for the DLC are July 3, 2024 for PS3 and Xbox 360 and the PC version will land on July 13, 2012. The pack will give players three more maps to explore on the multiplayer side of the game. There will also be new weapons, items, a new faction and achievements or trophies.
The Local Justice Pack:
* 55th Battalion HQ map for all game modes
* The Imperial Palace/Departure Lounge maps for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer
* Light Fingers Item for faster looting
* M4 Assault Rifle with attachments
* São Paulo Police Faction with related avatar customization options
You will be able to purchase the pack for 480 MSP or $5.99 on PSN during the first week, after that the price will go up to 640 MSP or $7.99 on PSN. Rockstar Pass members will of course get the DLC for free.
Rockstar also announced that the pre-order and retail DLC will also be made available to purchase. Those items include:
* Cemetery Map: 160 MSFT Points / $1.99 PSN
* Silent Killer Loadout Pack: 160 MSFT Points / $1.99 PSN
* Pill Bottle Item: 80 MSFT Points / $0.99 PSN
* Deadly Force Burst: 80 MSFT Points / $0.99 PSN
* Classic Max Payne Character: 80 MSFT Points / $0.99 PSN
PC players will also be able to get the pre-order and retail DLC on July 17th when the Local Justice Pack launches for PC.
