Players eagerly awaiting the release of ‘The Cave’ from Double Fine only have a few more days to go. The game will be released on select platforms starting at the end of this month.
The PSN and Wii U versions of the game will release on January 22, 2013, XBLA and STEAM account users will have their versions released on January 23, 2013. The news was announced on Twitter where Ron Gilbert stated, “This just in: The Cave PSN + Wii U on Jan 22 and XBLA + Steam on Jan 23. Plus… Mac and Linux on Steam Play!!”.
The point and click adventure game is a classic throwback to the genre, where mysterious and interesting characters filled gamer’s imaginations and delighted millions.
