THQ made the announcement that their upcoming title ‘Darksiders II’ will not release on time and will be pushed back to August 2012.
Darksiders II was scheduled to be released on June 26, 2024 in North America for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. THQ stopped short of giving a specific release date though it was mentioned in a FAQ series that the game was being delayed due to quality concerns.
The title is expected to hit the Wii U when that platform launches, though an exact date won’t be known until Nintendo’s keynote at E3 2012.
