Gearbox has officially announced that their open-world title ‘Borderlands 2′ is now complete and off to be printed. Now that the on-disc DLC is complete, the development team can get to work on that sweet, sweet DLC.
Gearbox announced the 100% completion of their own title with a blog post earlier today. The developers can now shift “focus towards post-launch efforts, including the Mechromancer: the new character class that will be released as FREE downloadable content to members of the Borderlands 2 Premiere Club roughly 60 to 90 days after launch”.
The Mechromancer comes with the Premiere Club, but it’s not the only bonus you will get for pre-ordering. The Borderlands 2 Premier Club is for anyone that pre-orders the game. But there are Three versions of the game to choose from.
The three choices are the standard version, Deluxe Vault Hunter (shown on the right) and the Ultimate Loot Chest. Each one packed with more prizes and content than the last. To celebrate the game’s completion, and to tease you into joining said Premier Club, Amazon is giving anyone that pre-orders a $10 credit just for pre-ordering.
