Deep Silver has announced that the pirate RPG title ‘Risen 2: Dark Waters’ will be delayed on consoles, pushing the release date back until June.
The official date is now July 31, 2024 for the U.S. with Europe and Canada a few days later on August 03, 2012. The PC version of the game is not affected by the delay and is still set to launch on time. That version is set to launch on April 27, 2012.
It isn’t all bad news for console players, Deep Silver confirmed that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will receive extra content for waiting. The “Air Temple†will extend gameplay a few hours and will now be included in the console version. You can check out a screen of “The Air Temple” on the right.
