Earlier today it was confirmed by Major Nelson, also known as Larry Hryb, that Microsoft will raise the Xbox 360 Gamerscore and Achievement limitations for XBLA games.
The new limit will go into affect next month, the new limit for Xbox Live Games will be 400 (up from 200) points. Games will also be able to have up to 30 achievements. This will be a mandatory requirement for all XBLA games after June 2012.
