Metal Gear Solid 4 getting a trophy patch on PS3 reports Japanese site
It’s been talked about for so long that it may seem almost impossible but according to a interview with Famitsu it’s actually going to happen. Here are the details.
The interview was with Hideo Kojima, constant breakfast Twitterer and creator of the Metal Gear franchise. The article did not give a date on the patch, however website Adriasang (who translated the article) states it might be around August.
This is also right around the 25th Anniversary of the Metal Gear Franchise. Konami teased that an announcement will take place during this celebration. It could be the much talked about Metal Gear Solid 5, though some reports say it will be an addition to the “Transfarring” mechanic used in Metal Gear: Peacewalker. We have contacted Konami for clarification on this matter and will update you when it’s confirmed.
