Mass Effect 3 “informant” lists Earth DLC and Extended Cut DLC details
There is a user on Reddit that seems to have a very exclusive inside-track on Bioware DLC, long before it’s announced or even leaked. Now the poster is claiming a new DLC pack is on the horizon and this time things are hitting home.
This is the the same informant that brought the internet information about the ‘Rebellion Pack’ DLC, almost a month before it was spotted online. Kotaku was the first to spot the leak with user ‘derptemp6698′ stating:The fighting is fiercest when it’s your home at stake! Mass Effect 3â„¢: Earth adds mods, gear, and new maps for Rio, Vancouver, and London. It features 3 new weapons: Piranha assault shotgun, Acolyte pistol, and Typhoon light machine gun. Six new human N7 classes are also available: Destroyer, Paladin, Demolisher, Slayer, Shadow, and Fury!
As for the “Extended Cut” DLC that Bioware said would be out this year, adding new cinematic events to the end of the game, derptemp6698 states :
An expanded ending for Mass Effect 3. Additional scenes and an extended epilogue reveal the impact of Shepard’s choices on the future of the galaxy.
No other information, sources or details were given. Normally we wouldn’t cover such a baseless claim, but the poster has an amazing track-record so far. Bioware has not commented on the issue, though we will keep you updated if they do.
