Earlier today it was reported that Call of Duty: Black Op’s 2 was found on the french Amazon site. Although no pictures, pricing or description was supplied, it did set the internet in motion to find more details about the unannounced game.
LinkedIn currently has the title being worked in by Hugo Beyer, who has worked on numerous titles in his lengthy carrer. The latest addition to his resume with Nerve Software is “Call of Duty: Black Op’s 2″, which you can see in his profile page on the right (the profile has been taken down since then, picture is from Joystiq).
Nerve Software has worked in conjunction with Activision in the past, they also worked on the original Call of Duty Black Op’s. The news that Activision will be making a new Call of Duty: Black Op’s shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise, seeing that it was one of the highest-sold titles of all time.
You can probably expect an announcement before or at E3 this June, 2012.
