Ultima Forever: Quest For The Avatar is one of the original MMORGs, it helped give birth to a slew of titles and is now poised at making its comeback with the help of Bioware Mythic. 

 

The game will be a free-to-play title named ‘Ultima Forever: Quest For The Avatar’. A unique title, it will be playable on the iPad and PC and will feature cross-platform play. Now you can truly never leave the Ultima Forever universe and stay in your MMORG world wherever you are.

 

The game’s official website is now open as well stating, “The first great Western RPG has been lovingly restored in Ultima Forever – return to the Ultima series in BioWare’s new cross-platform action RPG. Accept the challenge from Lady British and save the land of Britannia. Play as the Fighter or the Mage and travel alone or with friends, restore virtue and become the Avatar”.

 

There are closed beta signups as well, taking place on the site. If you wish to be one of the first gamers to get their hands on the remastered title, you can signup below.
